Are tickets refundable?
Yes. General Admission and Group tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before your visit. VIP tickets are refundable same-day.
Is the museum accessible?
Yes. Wheelchair access throughout, stroller-friendly, seating in every main area, language help on request.
